Payment problems
If your agent paid but did not receive data, include the request time (UTC), the endpoint and the transaction hash. Failed responses are never settled, so a charge without data should not happen; we will check the settlement log and on-chain record. We cannot reverse on-chain payments ourselves, but we will make it right.
